Ensure you have the right company
This is very important as a lot of people would jump into any random MLM company that they’re invited to thinking it’s their key to getting rich quick. This is a very common misconception as not all MLM companies are as effective. Think it over: are the products they sell easy to market? They may sound really rewarding but if they sell products that only a handful of people would want to use, you’d better think twice. Try looking for a company that markets products that would suit people’s needs and something that you yourself would use. Apart from that, check the company’s profile: how is their record and are there several complaints from their clients? How long have they been in the industry?

Ensure you’dbe recruiting great leaders
The first people you’ll be putting in your team will be your foundation to success. This means that you need to recruit people who you know will work really hard to be successful. Put up your team, have them join group training sessions and entrust them your MLM secrets. Having the right members will be a sure fire way to having a successful future.

Get in touch with people, personally
If you’ll be using an automated system to recruit your downlines, ensure it reaches them and make sure everything is written how you’d want it. Automated recruitment systems are not all that bad as they could make your job easier but doing it on your own pace, using your own voice isn’t too bad as well. Get their contact information, give them a call or send them an email to see if they’re really interested. If there’s a chance, set up an appointment and make it on time.
